However, if you are not satisfied with the style(s) you have received, send us a return request, once approved, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in the original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be issued a full refund or store credit

What items are eligible for returns?

Regular price clothing are returnable within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be be unworn and unwashed with tags attached and original packaging. All items must be be returned back to us in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

Note: All return packages must be sent us with tracking information. Please provide us with the proof of postage as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Items marked FINAL SALE

  • Accessories ( jewelry )

  • Swimwear

  • Worn items

  • Items with scents, deodorant stains, odor, and signs of wear

  • Shipping fees

Damaged Items?

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately.

Can I get a refund?

Send us a return request here. Provided the styles are in the original condition and returned within the 30 day time-frame, a full refund or store credit will be issued.  

If the item is marked a FINAL SALE or fall within the excluded list it cannot be returned. 

Are there any return fees? 

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.

How soon will I receive my refund or store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued. Once your order is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Still have questions?
